Apparently a pound of Door County (Wis) cherries go into every bottle of this. They are not kidding. This is an extremely fruity beer, almost champagne-like. Definitely a unique beer, brewed in a Belgian style, one you don't find too often here in the US. I think more carbonation would've helped, but this did sit in my fridge for about a year, so that might've had something to do with it. Good nonetheless, I might have to try this again. It certainly makes me want to venture into the original Belgian versions of this style.
