Left Hand Jackman's Pale Ale

Left Hand and Tabernash Brewing Co

The interesting thing about this brewery is, Left Hand makes the ales and Tabernash makes the lagers. I've had none of the lagers, but I'd sure like to one of these days, because all the ales I've had so far have been solid. Oh, not holy-smokes-oh-my-god delicious, but solid. So's this beer, an APA. Pleasant color and aroma, spicy but not overwhelming hops bite. A very drinkable ale indeed.

As far as APA's go, in my experience, this is strictly average, maybe even slightly below. I'd say it's almost light enough for me to call it a session beer. This is certainly something Hugh Jackman wouldn't drink, at least not as Wolverine. No, with those claws Wolverine would really need something more badass. This tastes more like it's suited for Hugh Jackman playing Curly McLain in Oklahoma. (Man, this review sure is going to piss off a lot of people, won't it?)
