I've been drinking high-end beers for about twelve years now, and still have yet to get used to that "plop" of the yeast sediment into the glass when I forget to swirl the bottle first. I did that just now, and jumped a bit when the dollop of sediment slid into the glass. I immediately thought with a groan, "Oh, great. Bananas and cloves and bubblegum." Nope, happily I was wrong. This is a cloudy orange-yellow as the sediment emulsifies, and it has a clean citrus aroma. Flavor's muted fruits and lemon, malty and light. Very, very nice indeed. This is a solid summer beer, and I encourage you to try it.
