I keep going back to read what I wrote about Stone's regular Arrogant Bastard. Then, I go and read the reviews I wrote about other oak-aged beers. Normally, you can tell a difference, usually a positive difference. But with this, I can't say anything special. This might have been the regular Arrogant Bastard for all I knew, so can I really give it the same review, if it's supposed to be "better," but isn't? It has the same taste. The same alcohol content. The same label, with the exception of the addition of the word "oaked." So why can't I give it the same review? Well, if you don't know how I feel about marketing by now, then you'll never get it.
