Chambly Noire

Unibroue

Canada

This is probably one of the weakest Unibroue beers most of you are likely to find. I bought this in a 4-pack, and I have to encourage aging this. I bought it about 6 months ago (March or April 2008) and am just now finishing the last in October, and I'm finding it to be a more complex beer then when I first tried it. It had a woody background, and a dark roasted malty finish. The pour was nice, it had a coffee-colored foam that formed very nicely. And at 6.2% ABV, it enabled me to have a second beer later in the evening without destroying too many brain cells.
