Point Burly Brown

Stevens Point Brewery

Point can do so much better. Unfortunately, they often target the audience that considers itself too good for Miller, but not good enough for the other fine Midwestern beers. It's a plain-jane brown ale. Not much in the way of flavor. I still think people should drink Point's beers over other larger breweries because they survived Prohibition with a better beer than Bud and Miller, but having been to their brewery, I know they're capable of something better.
