Brewed in 2008 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the settling of Quebec City (and undoubtedly the following 400 years of French Canadians coming to US beaches wearing overly tight speedos). It's fairly sweet and malty, not heavy on the hops, with a strong presence of citrus. There is some spiciness in the background, mostly cinnamon from what I could taste. An enjoyable wheat beer, and a one-off brew. This was my beer of choice for New Years 2009/2010.
