Like the name suggests, it's an uber-hoppy IPA, definitely hitting the taste buds hard with 108 IBU's. It also packs a 9% ABV punch, so be ready for a solid beer. I really like and respect Central Waters, because they obviously spend more money on the product they brew, and less on the packaging. There are a lot of double IPA's out there (after Stone made their mark, they've become downright ubiquitous), and this isn't the best, but it's well above-average and worth a try if you're in Wisconsin.
