If you want a beer that goes well with food, this is the beer. Pretty good on it's own too. This beer is fairly smooth with a crisp, sharp aftertaste. It's got a nice amber colour to it. It goes great with chicken wings. Brewed in the small town of Creemore, ON it's bottled without preservatives. they feel that preservatives ruin the taste of beer. Probably right, but that means that this is not a beer that you want to leave sitting around in your fridge for weeks on end. Stores that sell it stock it small amounts relying on frequent shipments of fresh beer. Sounds like a lot of special effort doesn't it? It certainly pays off because this is certainly a special beer. Quite unique, and quite good.
