Pinkus Organic Hefe-Weizen

Brauerei Pinkus Müller

Germany

Even Germany has hippies. Although, I was disappointed, especially after trying the hippie beers that Sam Smith's cranked out. It was pretty good for a hefe-weizen, but it didn't have that creamy drinkable head and bold smell that you notice from across the room like Paulaner and others (it was aromatic, but not as strong). Although, in all fairness, since "organic" means no preservatives, it is probably a lot better in Germany. I enjoyed this, but it was not my favorite hefe. It does have a nice 5.1 ABV, but that was about it. True to form, but there are better ones out there.
