Named after the big ol' mountain in Wausau's backyard, also home to the local downhill ski trails. This was an explosion of flavors, due to the use of rye I would guess. I do remember it being sweet and malty, what I like in a beer. I didn't want to get too wasted, so I only had the 5 oz sampler, but I think I'd give this another shot in a larger size. Very distinct smell, too, that also had a variety of sources. A lot of thought and crafting went into this one.
