Not too many people are familiar with this style of brewing anymore. This beer is excellent. You can taste that it is dry hopped though it's not excessively bitter. It is incredibly smooth. The carbonation is so well conditioned that it just flows right over the palate. There is nothing overbearing about this beer either. It's got a nice haze to it, when it comes to appearance. Golden and cloudy. Very enjoyable. To find this beer you'll have to come to Toronto and find the pleaseant hole in the wall on Front Street known as C'est What, as this beer is brewed exclusively for them. In fact they developed the recipe.
