OK, THIS is the best Lambic I've ever had. This one used peaches (Peche), and had an orange-ish color, with a fruity taste. This was one of my many choices for New Year's Eve 2003 (in honor of the Peach Drop, which they do here in Atlanta). It went excellently with our fondue of gruyere and ementaller cheese, with a little Kirschwasser and Riesling (German white wine) mixed in. I'd dip in some mushrooms or bread, take a bite, and then take a sip of this. By the end I was like a slobbering Homer Simpson going, "mmm, peche lambic." It was made all the better by seeing my Razorbacks beat Missouri in the Independence Bowl.
