Peculiar

Granite Brewery

Canada

This is a good ale, which isn't always easy to find in North America. Good brown colour. Has lots of malty goodness, some toffee taste up in there, a hint of mint in the finish. It does have a sweetness that makes it unique and it's dry tasting too. Aftertaste not as mediciny as some ales are, and I appreciated that. I found one of these buried in the back of my fridge, a good 6 months old. I guess I'd forgotten it was there. Still tasted really good.
