Old Izaak Traditional English Ale

Whim Ales

England

This English ale is named after Sir Izaak Walton, the 17th century author of "The Compleat Angler." Hardly as intimidating as the Scottish ales named after Scottish heros like William Wallace, Old Jock, Kinmount Willie and others. Definitely a shift in priorities. Then again, how can you fault anything dedicated to someone who was completely devoted to leisure activities (Fishing with Orlando? How about Drinking with Orlando)? Nice English hop character, good for relaxing evenings at home.
